David E.Wyskiel, Esq. has practiced in Meriden for 37 years.  He started his legal career at the firm in 1981 as a law clerk.  After passing the Connecticut Bar, he was invited to join the firm as an Associate.  Soon thereafter he became a Partner, and is now a Principal of the firm. 

Alan M. Solomon founded the law firm in 1960 after being a Prosecutor for the City of Meriden.  He received both his B.B.A. and L.L.B. degrees from the University of Miami, Florida.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1956, the Connecticut Bar in 1957, and the Vermont Bar in 1983. He retired from the active practice of law in 2018.

Attorney Solomon served as a Corporator for the MidState Medical Center; a Director of the South Central Connecticut Economic Development Corporation; a Director of Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center of Central Connecticut, Inc.; a Trustee of the Meriden Economic Resources Group; and an Associate Director of Hudson United Bank.  He also served as President of the Meriden Boys Club (now the Meriden Boys and Girls Club) and as the President of the Meriden Chamber of Commerce.
The firm sadly lost Jeffrey M. Krupnikoff, Esq., when he passed away in 2009.  He also joined the firm in 1981.  His many contributions to the firm and his legal abilities will long be remembered by our staff and clients alike.
